问候语用来支持对留言者播放语音文件。PBX 支持以下几种方式的问候语：

  • Unavailable- 此问候语用来支持当系统用户不能接听此呼叫时，对呼叫方播放的无效问候提示语，提示用户进入语音留言。
  • Busy- 此问候语用来支持当系统用户处于忙状态不能接听此呼叫时，对呼叫方播放的忙音问候提示语，提示用户进入语音留言。
  • Name- 问候语录音名称，可以用来支持公司目录呼叫或者其他模块。
  • Temp- 当播放录音时，播放此问候提示语而不是无效问候语或者忙音问候语。当删除此问候语后，其他问候语会重新播放。
