总览介绍

呼叫流程模块支持用户使用切换设置模式来管理呼入的通话，是否发送到呼叫的正常模式还是呼叫的覆盖模式。 用户可以把此模式看作一个切换开关，当启用这个开关以后，呼叫方的环境被发送到正常的呼叫目的地；当关闭此开关后，呼叫方呼入的呼叫则被发送路由到不同的目的地。例如，如果是正常的工作时间，呼入的呼叫则被路由到一个振铃组，如果是下班时间，则可以路由到一个IVR 语音导航流程。如果工作时间不是固定的时间，可以使用时间控制模块来管理呼入流程。

  • 从界面点击Add 按钮。

Call Flow Toggle Feature Code Index

每个呼叫流程控制切换热键以*28 开始。 Index 从0-99，是功能热键组的一个部分。例如，如果选择 index 选择0，用户将拨打 *280 来触发功能热键。如果用户选择了"99"，用户则拨打*2899。

输入相应的切换热键描述信息。

Current Mode

选择Normal (Green/BLF off) 或者 Override (Red/BLF on) 按键设置呼叫流程控制的初始状态。

  • Normal (Green/BLF off) - 这里是正常呼叫流程目的地。如果用户话机支持BLF 按键，按键支持可编程功能，激活此功能后按键颜色会关闭或者显示绿色。
  • Override (Red/BLF on) - 覆盖呼叫流程模式表示呼入通话将进入覆盖模式，非正常模式。这时，BLF 按键会显示为红色。

Recording for Normal Mode

当切换成正常模式是，系统会播放一个提示音 beep，并且播报 功能热键关闭。用户也可以录制自己的提示语音，使用自定义的提示语音进行播放。

Recording for Override Mode

当切换到覆盖模式时，系统会播放一个beep 提示音，然后播放 功能热键开启的语音。用户也可以录制自己的语音文件，通过录音管理模块来替换。

Optional Password

用户可以设置一个系统密码保护呼叫流程修改权限。

Normal Flow Destination

This is the destination to route the call to when in Normal (Green/BLF off) mode of the toggle. This destination can be any other module on your PBX such as an extension, announcement, or queue.

Override Flow

当覆盖呼叫流程模式开启后，呼入的呼叫进入的目的地。此目的地可以是PBX中的分机，语音播报信息，或者队列。

Save

  • 点击 Submit 按键
  • 点击 Apply Config 按键

Viewing, Editing, and Deleting a Call Flow

  • 如果用户发现此模块设置还没有成功时，可以点击List Toggles按键查看状态。
