User Control Panel Fax Options

UCP 用户侧传真配置支持用户通过UCP发送和接收传真。注意， 只有商业版本才能接收传真，标准版本只能发送传真。具体配置权限，参考用户管理模块。

通过用户浏览器，登录[http://yourpbxdomain/ucp。

登录后会看到UCP标签，点击Fax标签访问传真设置。

Faxes 文件夹分成几个子文件夹:

Inbox

没有查看的传真。

需要发送的传真。此页面显示当前的发送状态。页面发送消息会实时自动更新。

Fax Data

每个传真的相关数据:

  • Date: 传真接收或者发送的日期时间，以YYYY-MM-DD为格式。
  • From: 发送传真的用户号码。
  • To: 接收用户的号码。
  • Status: Asterisk 报告的传真状态。
  • Pages: 传真页数。
  • Controls: 命令控制包括查看，下载，前转，删除传真。

Controls (Buttons)

通过UCP 按钮可以来管理传真的发送接收。用户可以查看以下不同的按钮功能;

  • pdf-symbol.png通过浏览器查看PDF 显示PDF 格式。
  • download.png;下载传真用户可以下载传真到用户本地电脑。
  • download.png传真前转支持用户前转传真到另外一个用户，此用户可以是系统内部用户或者外部用户。

如何通过UCP发送传真

创建一个PDF文件或者TIFF 传真文件格式的文件，系统接受多页或者多个文件。

点击Send New Fax按钮：

基本选项包括 Destination, 是否使用 Coversheet, 和 Document(s)。

传真接收人号码。

Coversheet

默认是Off状态。点击切换状态设置。

如果切换到On，出现其他的选项:

  • Recipient Name:  接收传真用户姓名。
  • Message: 信息提示。
  • My Name: 发送传真用户名称。
  • My Telephone: 发送用户的电话号码。

Document(s)

传真文件可以是PDF或者TIFF格式。

一个传真可以包含一个或多个文件:

  • 点击Upload Document上传传真文件 或者 通过拖拉的方式把传真文件加入到这里。

How to Receive a Fax in UCP

Inbox Folder

点击Inbox菜单来查看传真文件。

注意, 必须在用户管理模块中设置传真保存 Store Locally: Yes，否则系统会把传真发送到邮箱。

如果登录UCP，收到新的传真，则会提示 fax-notify-chrome.png

关于开启或关闭提示信息，请检查浏览器设置。
